Tribulations to Success
So, this is a momentous post for me.
Together, along with some of the greatest leaders I’ve had the joy of working with, I’ve succeeded in something which I set out to do nearly two months ago.
The goal was set.
The timeline was made.
I decided what I would give in order to achieve the goal.
I made a concise statement.
It was written down and put on my computer monitor.
With a white-hot burning desire, it become my laser-like focus every day.
And so, by following those Napoleon Hill’s six steps to success, and applying faith to every action I took, it happened.
Infusion.
Both the Infusion of my faith with action, but also the conception and creation of my first product, Infusion.
Where there struggles? Absolutely. We had many difficulties to work around, and many tribulations to go through, but I was reminded constantly of something that’s found in “As A Man Thinketh” (one of my all time-favorite books ever) when it came to accomplishment.
There can be no progress, no achievement without sacrifice, and a man’s worldly success will be in the measure that he sacrifices his confused animal thoughts, and fixes his mind on the development of his plans, and the strengthening of his resolution and self-reliance.
and later on…
He who would accomplish little must sacrifice little; he who would achieve much must sacrifice much; he who would attain highly must sacrifice greatly.
So I bring this up, because here are all the things that stood in my way and circumstances that stacked against me…
- No previous experience in creating my own, original product
- very little knowledge about making a website
- never have done any copy-writing
- lost my entire blog (yes… what you see here disappeared for over a whole day)
- a merchant account that didn’t accept credit cards
- websites that wouldn’t link to order pages
- moving my family from one part of the province, to another
- extended family telling me that any money I make will be ill-gotten
- having the new place we were to move in not be available to move into for close to two weeks, so having an impromptu camping trip, recording the bonus video in the middle of a rain storm.
But, had I descended to thinking patterns like, “Oh man… this is way too hard.” or, “why does this always happen to me?” or, “This’ll never work” (which by the way, was my pattern of thinking 12 short months ago….), it would’ve never come together.
What I had stacked in my favor was an unquenchable desire to see you benefit from the content. Infusion will set many people free. It’s not the magic-pill, but it will lead you to your magic pill.
Once you master infusing your faith with your action – and this convergence becomes a daily routine for you, anything you desire: relationships, influence, certainty, security, finances, can all be yours.
Even when circumstances are stacked against you.
Blessings…
And always

You said it all right there! To lead others to their magic pill. The magic pill is different for everyone. But what is the crap about any money you make will be ill-gotten. Not true, you have been an inspiration to a lot of folks on-line and I assume off-line too. Can't wait to have you back on the on-line party.
Anyone who sets out to accomplish great things receives violent opposition only from lesser minds.
Hurt people hurt people.
and in the end, I'm ok with it… it's just a friendly reminder that I've left that life behind me.
I'm So proud of you, my brother. What tenacity you have. I swear when I listen to Infusion, I get goosebumps. What a gift to the world that is!
Whoa, Congratulations on your perseverance and success. I have had a handful of the hangups at one point or another, and even last night I miss scheduled a presentation.
When these situations arise all I focus my mind on is “the universe is operating absolutely perfectly. what ever is happening is the way it is supposed to happen.”
By having the faith, willingness to take action, and burning desire to never settle anything can be accomplished!
Have a great day!
Joe
Hello Paul…
Loved the post guy…I ran into you a few months back and read about at least 10 of your posts because they were that good.
In fact as you wrote each post after each post I seen a more confident guy starting to emerge!!
Keep of the great work and keep sharing your wisdom and thoughts
Congratulations, Paul! What a phenomenal product you've created and you did it despite all those obstacles!
I also love James Allen's As A Man Thinketh and use a passage from it as one of my mission statements.
You are so right that we have to work for what we're attracting to make it happen.
Hard work is required for success and the discipline to be happy to do the hard work.
You rock, Paul. I wrote down my intention on one of the cards you mentioned in a blog post. Flick, flick, flick. Thanks for detailing your journey. Flick, flick, flick.
Like the man said “Nobody said it was easy”. Great job, Paul, of telling it like it is, and what a superb lesson and success story! You're an inspiration to us all.
Alan
Whenever I get to a place where I feel “trapped” or “a prisoner of circumstance”, I think to myself that within every struggle is a blessing. From there I search for it and in finding it I realize that I was greater than whatever I was experiencing…
Hey Paul, congrats on a major achievement. What a great milestone to achieve your goal of finishing your very own first product! I am happy for you and know that you deserve it. You have made it happen. We all find obstacles in our way just like you, but not all of us persevere and finish what we set out to do.
I am happy for you and wish you many more successes just like this one! Don't forget we already knew you before you did become the famous Paul Klaszus!
It's interesting that people living in the “herd” want to tell an entrepreneur what to do even though they have very little success for themselves.
Thanks for the post,
Michael
Hey Paul ~ Congratulations for reaching this monumental moment! Very exciting! You know, the reason you were able to move through the obstacles you faced is that you made a commitment with yourself to live consistent with your deepest purpose and vision, and then you were willing to walk to the edge.
This reminds me of a simple but profound poem I heard in my early years of leadership training, by Guilleume Apollinaire. “Come to the Edge, Life said. They said, We are Afraid. Come to the Edge, Life said. They came…It Pushed Them….And They Flew!”
Way to walk to the edge …. and congrats on taking flight! You rock, Paul. I am off to buy Infusion now.
Congratulations Paul. What you are doing is so amazing and inspiring to hear about and see you do. Good for you for seeking after your dreams and goals dispite what others say. Thank you for that great post, these are some great things I need to think about as well. Love ya
yes, indeed… what happens, happens not to you, but for you.
Every struggle is a blessing – for from it, we correct our character and become better people (so long as we pursue advancement with that outlook)
yeah.. whenever someone tells me how to do something, I go see how they did it… usually, they haven't done anything.
I'll see you on the other side.
Blessings as you begin your new focus on these things. You're going to find some of your greatest discoveries there.
Paul,
You're organized, you're focused, you're motivated. Success is for sure and I'm so glad you got this epiphany on the way!
Good for you,
Adam
Hey Paul, hows it going? I'm glad you are in my TSA group this week so I can drop by and say hi
How is the product going? Sales copy looks good. Drop me a private email to let me know what kind of results in sales you've seen or if you've had any challenges etc.
What else have you been up to recently.
Great to see you creating your own product. People shy away from product creating, but it's SO important for branding and authority.
Look forward to hearing from you,
Gavin
Oh yeah, Paul… what software/website did you use to create your signature?
Very inspiring post Paul and congratulations on your accomplishments. Focus is powerful and so are the distractions “YOU” get to determine which one wins. To many people give in to the naysayers and distraction just when they are about to win. If only they had held on and stayed their course. I am glad you shared the journey. To many times people see the end results and think that getting there was easy or overnight. I am sure this will impact many, it has me. Thanks
Congratulations Paul!! You have inspired me, literally over the last few months. I am excited to find out more about your product. I love the fact that you emphasize faith and action. I have come to see that when I have faith in myself, that energetically translates to others having faith in me.
All the best!
Paul, you are such an inspiration, you really are. When you say “faith” do you mean in yourself? Your higher power? God? Thank you so much for sharing your authentic self.
HI Paul,
Thought you were going to talk about the new MLM company, Infusion..but instead you offered me some great advice of what may try and take me off my targeted dream…not happening.
Thanks for sharing…rebecca
Hey Paul -
Congratulations on FINALLY making it all happen! Geeez. . . seems the bigger our goals the bigger the obstacles that seem to appear out of nowhere! But persistence, determination and keeping your eye on one's dream is oh so much more powerful than any obstacle. Good for you!!! You are a true inspiration to the rest of us folks out here! Thank you!
Hey Gavin.. I used my good ol' word processor… the font name is: “Olho de boi”
And yes… expect an email later on.
Good question… and definitely – the most asked.
to sum up in a puny comment box, the best answer is: faith in possibility.
Again.. anti-climatic… and perhaps even disappointing… but it's just a comment box.
Of course, as you get to know me more, Lesly, you will familiarize yourself with new depths that your faith can bring you to greater heights. – hardly a faith in some deity, although, I will never discourage that either.
I didn't even know there was a company called Infusion. LOL!!
Paul
Well done on the product creation. If I hadn't read the story behind it I would have thought you had been doing this for ever as it looks so professional. Teach me how!
