Industry, Economy and Star Trek
This is Epic!
We truly are on the brink of an economic revolution.
Just take a look at that other video I did…. Urgency Finally Defined
Your company might be pretty good. >I probably haven’t heard of it though<
There are thousands, remember?
All the same…. I check out websites as people send them to me.
I always ask myself… “features? benefits? Features? Benefits?” (spoken like a true consumer)
Just looking for Maximum Value.
There’s something missing though – They all refer to themselves as breakthrough, privately owned, debt free, BBB, DSA, Forbes rated, interviewed by Fox News (not that that may mean something [or not]), featured in somethingmonth of Success at Home Magazine, Dunn and Bradstreet 3A1 blah blah blah blah blah…
Shhuuttt Uppppp!!
All great companies have these same features.
(They can’t be great if they don’t!)
Of course, the company may have the world’s best product to enter the health and wellness industry (seems to be the biggest thing lately), And since, I have no qualification to argue that point anyway, I’m not going to.. that’s not what this is about.
And Sure!! Even the benefits for entrepreneurs in companies x, y, and z fit network marketing universally, but I am of the firm belief that if one would like benefits that are revolutionary….
one must have features that go beyond the basics of traditional network marketing
(product being sold with appropriate compensation to the representative)
Here is the meat of my message.. (thought I’d never get to it, did ya??)
The health and wellness, travel, financial services, etc are all huge, and lucrative industries now, but I believe there is one that is infinitely larger than that.
The network marketing industry.
Think about it… 9 out of 10 families need more money. Not that they want more, but they actually need more if they expect to maintain the lifestyle they once had.
My faith and conviction will stand as long as I live that Network Marketing (and whatever form it takes in the coming decade) is the answer.
Not nutrition.
Not any consumable product, or service based product, or most brilliant invention on earth.. although, I could use something for my bald spot..
NO!!!
Seriously folks!
Entrepreneurialism 101: For something to be lucrative, it has to fulfill an unfulfilled need.
A company that claims to be the most lucrative, would have to shift their focus from the industry their product falls under to the industry that fulfills the greatest unfulfilled need in the world today.
Although I would argue that nutrition is equally important, it is not the world’s pressing need at this point in history. Now, bold words, I know.. but bear with me…
Every week, over 80,000 people are becoming entrepreneurs in the network marketing industry world-wide. They aren’t there because they need nutrition. In fact……
No industry of the traditional economy is driving the entrepreneurial age…
Am I getting my point clear??
The economic revolution around the corner is driven by literally billions of people who seek a new level of freedom for themselves and their families.
To fulfill that need, there needs to be a revolution in the companies that provide the opportunities.
*** Having a world-class product is not the answer. Don’t get me wrong – it’s going to help tremendously – and I make it sound like all the traditional ways are doomed to failure.. that’s not my intent at all. I endorse all ethical companies with legitimate product that betters humanity.
But those companies I’m talking about are only going to be a part of the revolution – not responsible for it. They will provide people a way to achieve freedom – not lead the way. ***
Anyways.. I make it sound like I have the perfect company.. That’s not my intent at all..
Hear me out!
I just call for a change in the way network marketing companies partake in this revolution – and be more responsible for the creation of more millionaires than ever before. This will require that shift in focus that I was talking about.
Because deep down inside, I honestly believe our economy can and will look a bit like the economy Captain Jean Luc Picard talked about in First Contact (the Movie, not the Episode).
“The economics of the future are somewhat different. You see, money doesn’t exist in the 24th century. The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in our lives. We work to better ourselves and the rest of humanity.”
Now – I’m not a crazy trekky! Ok.. maybe a little bit.
I disagree on one point: that money won’t exist. (although I’m willing to accept that I may be wrong.. and I’ll recant if it comes to pass [and I'm still alive] in the 24th century)
But we will work to better ourselves and the rest of humanity.
Whether my point got across or not, maybe we’ll never know. I will probably always get people spamming my inbox with the greatest opportunity on the planet to cure cancer.
Regardless, I just felt the need to “boldly go where no man has gone before.”
